Double Infinity is a relaxing number-merge puzzle. Your game progress stays on your device — we do not run user accounts or analytics profiles.

On your device Saved games, settings, and Premium status are stored locally on your phone or tablet.
No account required There is no sign-up, login, or cloud sync. You can play fully offline.
No analytics profiles We do not collect usage analytics, advertising identifiers, or build marketing profiles about you.

1. Introduction

Double Infinity ("Double Infinity," "we," "us," or "our") is a number-merge puzzle game developed by Inoveb LTD. This Privacy Policy explains how the app handles information when you use Double Infinity on iOS and Android.

The short version: Double Infinity is designed to work offline-first. Your saved games, preferences, and Premium entitlement are stored on your device. We do not require an account and do not collect analytics or advertising profiles. Free users may download first-party promotional video ads from our own servers; Premium removes those ads.

2. Information stored in the app

Because Double Infinity works offline-first, the following information is saved locally on your device:

  • Game progress — saved board state, including tiles, star wildcards, and game-over status
  • Power-up state — charge levels, cooldowns, and related session data
  • App preferences — language, sound settings, notification preference, and tutorial progress
  • Premium status — whether Premium is unlocked, including any local trial or gift entitlement on your device
  • Engagement counters — local counters used for optional review prompts and notification permission timing

We do not ask for or receive account information such as your legal name, email address, phone number, or login credentials — and Double Infinity does not require an account.

This locally stored information is not transmitted to us for storage, analysis, or marketing.

We do not collect analytics SDKs, usage profiles, crash reports tied to your identity, advertising identifiers for tracking, or location data.

3. How your information is used

Information stored in Double Infinity is used only to provide app functionality on your device, including:

  • Resuming your last game and restoring power-up state
  • Applying language, sound, and other preferences
  • Unlocking Premium features (ad-free play and faster power-up recharge) when entitled
  • Scheduling optional local re-engagement reminders, if you opt in
  • Showing first-party promotional ads to free users when creatives are available

Your game progress is not transmitted to us for storage, analysis, or marketing.

4. Storage & security

Local storage

Double Infinity stores data using your device's local storage (AsyncStorage on mobile) and, for cached promotional creatives, your device's document or cache directories.

Encryption

App data is not separately encrypted by Double Infinity beyond the protections provided by your device's operating system.

Backups

Your device or cloud backup service (such as iCloud Backup or Google Backup) may include app data according to your system settings. Those backups are managed by Apple, Google, or your device provider — not by Double Infinity.

5. Optional features

Notifications

If you enable reminders, Double Infinity schedules local re-engagement notifications on your device (for example, the next day and on later days). Notification permissions are requested through your operating system. These reminders are scheduled locally — we do not send push notifications from a remote messaging server.

Premium

If you purchase Premium or claim an eligible free Premium gift/trial on your device, entitlement status is stored locally so the app can skip ads and apply Premium recharge benefits. Payment processing is handled by Apple or Google (see below).

Store review prompts

After a number of completed games, the app may ask whether you want to leave a review using your platform's built-in review prompt. This is optional and handled by Apple or Google.

6. Advertising & promotions

The free version of Double Infinity may show fullscreen promotional video ads — typically when starting a session or before starting again after finishing a run. These ads are first-party promotions operated by Inoveb (for example, cross-promoting other apps in our portfolio). They are not served by third-party advertising networks.

What the app downloads

To show ads, the free version may fetch an ad manifest and download video/image creatives from our media servers (hosted under inoveb.co.uk). Downloads may be limited to suitable network conditions (such as Wi‑Fi). Creatives are cached on your device so ads can play without repeatedly streaming.

What we do not do

  • We do not include third-party advertising SDKs
  • We do not sell your personal information
  • We do not use advertising identifiers to track you across other companies' apps or websites
  • We do not build personalized advertising profiles about you

Premium removes these promotional ads. When Premium is active, the app does not fetch the ad manifest or download creatives.

7. Third-party services

App Store & Google Play purchases

If you purchase Double Infinity Premium, payment and purchase management are handled by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We receive only the information needed to validate your purchase and unlock Premium features on your device. We do not receive your payment card details.

Apple's and Google's handling of purchase data is governed by their respective privacy policies.

Store links

If you tap a promotional "Play Now" or similar store CTA on an ad end card, your device may open the App Store or Google Play. Those platforms process any subsequent activity under their own privacy practices.

8. Children's privacy

Double Infinity is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not require an account and stores game data locally, parents and guardians can manage use through device-level controls.

9. Your choices & rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding personal information. Because Double Infinity stores your game data on your device and does not maintain a user account system, you can exercise most controls directly in the app or on your device:

  • Start a new game or clear progress by uninstalling the app (subject to device backup settings)
  • Disable notifications in Settings
  • Purchase or restore Premium to remove ads
  • Control network access for the app through your device settings (ads require a connection to download creatives)
  • Uninstall the app to remove locally stored data (subject to device backup settings)

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the "Effective date" at the top of this page. For material changes, we may also provide notice within the app or through app store update notes.

Your continued use of Double Infinity after an update means you accept the revised policy.
