About Double Infinity

Double Infinity is a relaxing number-merge puzzle developed by Inoveb LTD. Link matching numbers on a 5×8 grid, merge into higher values, earn star wildcards from long chains, and chase your board max from 1 to Infinity — with no timers, lives, or score grind.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need an account to play?

No. Double Infinity works on your device without sign-up or login. There is no cloud sync — your progress stays where you play.

Can you recover my saved game if I lose my phone?

Because progress is stored locally, we cannot access or restore your data remotely. Your device backup (iCloud or Google Backup) may include app data depending on your system settings.

Why can't I resume a finished game?

Resume Last Game is available when a save exists and the run is not finished. Games that reached Infinity or ended with no more moves are not resumable — use Start New Game to begin again.

How do I remove ads?

Purchase Premium from the crown button on the home or game screen. Premium is a one-time unlock that removes promotional ads and doubles power-up recharge from merges. You can also use Restore Purchases on the Premium screen if you already bought it.

Is Premium a subscription?

No. Double Infinity Premium is a one-time in-app purchase. Optional free Premium gifts or trials, when available, are time-limited entitlements stored on your device and are separate from the paid unlock.

Getting started

New to Double Infinity? Here is a quick overview:

• Resume or start — open the app and choose Resume Last Game (if available) or Start New Game.
• Build a chain — drag across adjacent matching numbers (or doubles) in any direction, including diagonals.
• Merge higher — release to clear the chain and leave a higher tile at the end. Longer chains can leap further.
• Use power-ups — Mega Merge, Area Bomb, Board Shuffle, and Undo recharge as you merge; they fully reset at local midnight.
• Chase Infinity — keep raising your board max until you merge to Infinity, or until no moves remain.

First-time players see a short tutorial with up to three hints. You can adjust sound, language, and notifications anytime in Settings.

Premium & purchases

Double Infinity Premium is an optional one-time purchase that includes:

• Ad-free play (no promotional fullscreen ads)
• 2× faster power-up recharge from merge chains

Purchases are processed by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We do not receive your payment card details. To restore a purchase on a new device, use the Restore Purchases option on the Premium screen.

For refund requests, please contact Apple or Google according to their refund policies. We are happy to help troubleshoot purchase or restore issues — email us with your receipt or order ID.

Ads & promotions

The free version may show short promotional video ads when starting a session or before starting again. These are first-party promotions from Inoveb (for example, other apps we publish), not third-party ad networks.

• Ads are skipped when Premium is active
• New players may receive a short ad-free grace period after install
• If no creative is ready, the game continues without blocking you

Creatives are downloaded from our media servers when needed and cached on your device. Premium stops those downloads entirely.

Troubleshooting

Notifications are not appearing

Check that Double Infinity has notification permission in your device settings. Then confirm notifications are enabled in the app Settings. Reminders are scheduled locally on your device — no internet connection is required to deliver them once scheduled.

Premium features are not unlocked after purchase

Try Restore Purchases on the Premium screen. Ensure you are signed in with the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase. If the issue persists, email us with your receipt or order ID.

I keep seeing ads after buying Premium

Confirm Premium shows as active (gold crown). Restore purchases if needed, then fully close and reopen the app. If ads continue, contact us with your device details and purchase receipt.

Sound is missing

Check the in-app sound toggle in Settings, and confirm your device is not on silent / Do Not Disturb with media muted. Restart the app if needed.

The app is running slowly or crashing

Make sure you are running the latest version of Double Infinity from the App Store or Google Play. Restart the app and, if needed, restart your device. If problems continue, email us with your device model, OS version, and a description of what happened.

System requirements

Double Infinity is available on:

• iOS — compatible iPhone and iPad devices running a supported iOS version as listed on the App Store
• Android — compatible phones and tablets running a supported Android version as listed on Google Play

An internet connection is not required for day-to-day play. A connection may be needed for app updates, in-app purchases, and downloading promotional creatives on the free version.
